These Y axis sprayers give a great chip management upgrade for Haas VF machines that have the cast aluminum T style sprayers on the Y axis.
The adjustable brass balls allow movement for coolant stream to clear out possible production chip build ups.
When designing these sprayers we tried a lot of cool things, including using the Loc-Line 40476 kit which uses a 15mm swivel ball kits so you can get that perfect jet for those heavy production run where chip build up is easy to plan for.

When you don't need the jets of coolant from the brass spheres, put in the M5 set screw in the threaded brass balls and close them off, leaving only the front jet spraying.
The goal of this product was to build the starting point for people to get creative!
