These Y axis coolant sprayers for the Haas VF machines are a great upgrade to the machines.
The goal with this simple sprayer was to provide a low cost upgrade over the stock Haas sheet metal plate and allow for the Y axis cover to be cleaned better
Stopping build up behind the table but also assist in getting the chips down to the auger on the side pans.
After 8 months of daily testing and 15+ geometry adjustments during testing, these have proven to be a major upgrade over stock.
Installation takes less then 5 minutes to make this upgrade, just 3 bolts and your ready for some cutting.
Development and testing was all done on VF2 machines with narrow Y axis curtains, they work well with larger machines but don't provide as much push for chips.
